It is sufficient to write this command:
SET DATE MASK = 'YYYYMMDD'
Before cheching the date, like, for instance:
&VBDKR-ERDAT& < '20150101'
Like this, it worked for me.

Hello,
I don't know if I'm right here, but I should print a barcode 39 and it is too wide for our label...
Here are the ZPL commands I used (printer is a Zebra ZM400):
^XA
^FO50,145
^B3N,N,126,Y
^FD300614500038930005805010737^FS
^XZ
I tried using the ^BY1 Command but then it is too small - so the scanner isn't able to read it.
The width should have max 8,5cm. Now it has about 11,5 cm.
Could you help me please?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards
Marcel
Hi,
The condition for SFSY-JOBPAGES may not work as the composer does not know when processing the first pages how many pages there are going to be in total. So you should use the condition and place the text for the page count in a window of type 'Final Window'. This window is processed at the end.

I am using a PDF1 type printer with "G" access method. I have installed SAPPDFPRINT 7.30 and using SAP Logon pad 730. After running PU19 in test mode, I can print W2 form for one employee at a time and then have to click next button to view and print next employee;s PDF form. Already followed instruction in SAP Note 1444342 but no luck. Anyone knows resolution to this?
1) Install Patch 10 for SAP GUI 7.3
2) Install PDF PRINT 6 ( install this on c:\program files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\ and not on default folder it suggest)
3) Create Printer in SPAD G PDF1
4) Create a local Printer on desktop As Suggested in SAP Note 576973
it should work, if not then debug.
SAP GUI -> Options on Top -> Front End Print -> Configure Front End Print ->
Level of Log -
Check Error Analysis
Keep Log Files
After generation oprn these files to see the error message/

why don't you use the barcode technology in SAP itself instead of hurt yourself doing it with the commands?
You can easy archive that by using smartforms or better IfbA.
Or do I not get your problem right now?

Hello Rajat,
As log mentions, you didn't install SAPPDFPRINT correctly.
Th 10692: (13.01.2015 00:02:31) SAPPDFPRINT not installed.,
sometimes some users use the 64bit installation file wrongly.Pls try to reinstall 32bit version
sappdfprint and test the print result.
Best Regards
Jie Bai
Thanks! SAPPDFPRINT 32 worked!
Hi,
Dump is a result of common work area 'cleanup' procedure inside BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1 (module cleans memory area which transaction ME2xN expects to be filled).
Luckily you are able to turn off this codesection by adding some MM tool method call just before calling FM BAPI...
you need only one code line - worked perfectly in my case:
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
cl_mmpur_bapi_po=>put_repid( im_repid = sy-repid ).
CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1'
EXPORTING..............
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Hello Marcel,
I see you are composing the ZPL commands directly in the SAP form.
From the ZPL2 manual I see that width and height parameters of barcodes can be set via the ^BY command ("Barcode Field Default"):
^BYw,r,h
where
w = module (narrow bar) width in dots (1 ..10)
r = wide bar to narrow bar width ratio (2.0 ... 3.0)
h = height of bars in dots (1..32000)
Attention: according to the manual, these settings stay in effect for consecutive barcodes as well!
Regards,
Alex
Hi Alex,
thanks, I had the wrong Syntax, it works with ^BY2,2.0,126
Kind regards
Marcel
Hi Anurag, I wonder If you got the solution to maintain the smartstyles when the mail is received; I don´t get a successfull solution to this problem.
Thanks.
Hi Azaz,
exactly, If I use CRM_ISA_AUCTION_SMART_FORM method for sending a smartform by email, when I receive it I realise that all table designs and smartstyles are lost.
In that way, I wonder if you have found out how to fix this problem.
Thanks above all.
Hello - Hui Leng Yeoh
To read the many sales order header text, check the following FM: RFC_READ_TEXT
TD : language: set the text's language (you can find it from the respective STXH record)
TDNAME: is the sales order document number (VBAK-VBELN)
TDOBJECT: VBBK for header (VBBP for item)
TDID: text id
Usefull to use Double line -example below
F3 and then F8
Grzegorz
Hi Colleague,
You can follow below steps to add your translation SAPscript into transport request:
1. Go to se71, input your form name and the language is 'RU' (Russian).
2. Click change button
3.Go to Form->Active in screen header.
Then a dialog pops up to ask you save in a TR. Then you can add it in your TR.
Hope it helps.
