Hi Rohini,
In my opinion please go for BTE 2310 available in the standard program.
- Search for OPEN_FI_PERFORM_00002310_P in RFKORD10.
- Create function module using SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002310 as a template.
- In the function module source code, get vendor/customer email id from interface import parameters and pass the email id into C_FINAA-INTAD, and also change C_FINAA-NACHA as I/1/2 based on the default communication method of partner.
- Assign the function module in FIBF transaction under Settings->Process Modules->"of a customer", here give the process and new function module name.
- Use RFKORD10 selection screen output printer as an email enabled output type(with access method M).
- After configuring all this put a session breakpoint in the OPEN_FI_PERFORM_00002310_P first call statement, and execute the standard program which will point to the call statement and here you can see the new function module name in variable FMTAB-FUNCT.
- After program execution, check SOST Tcode, here you can see an email with attachment to vendor address.
Similarly you can change the Email body, subject,etc...

Hi,
I would suggest you try to add at the begining of your smartform a Node of type "Program Lines" and call the function Module "SSFCOMP_PRINT_CONTROL". Pass the to it the value TRY01, TRY02...or TRY10, etc.

LOCL or dedicated Printer for smart form Output?
Hi Expert,
I have Define two Printer in SPAD,
1) LOCL : is using SWIN as device TYPE
2) ZRIC: RICOH Device type.
Now, when i am testing smartform output on Printer then I can able to print on same Printer because LOCL & ZRIC is same Printer.
What are pros & cons of using both Printer? I think, I may not able use LOCL for background job Printing .

This is interesting! The condition table (access) with only sales organization should have also worked. If you delete the configuration and redo it, then it will work.
There are business scenarios where output is needed when a document is created with the valid sales organization, so it should work. 
Glad to know that you have done some creative changes and then the output works successfully.

Hi Vipin,
the PROs are that you are able to test your form definition using two different device types (btw SWINCF would be better than SWIN, because it supports Unicode): SWIN and an unnamed Ricoh device type which probably "speaks" PCL5 or PostScript. Your output will look slightly different because different fonts are available for both device types.
You may possibly construct your form in such a way that it works on both types of device types.

Problem with frontend print using SAPlpd
Hi SAP Gurus,
I can't solve problem with printing using frontend (SAPlpd). In our company we are using frontent print (access method F). All employees print without problem, but I can't print from one notebook (Windows 8.1).
Each print finish with status INCORRECT and SAPlpd doesn´t start!
Complete message: Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)
I tried:
- reinstall notebook
- few version of SAPGui
- change setting of firewall, try print with turn off firewall
- use old version of SAPlpd
- look in path for log files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty
- look in path for temporary files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty
I read few discussions, but I can´t find any solution.
Any ideas?

some of the field data types need to be changed form INT4 to CHAR in ECC system on technical upgrade.
